My background refers to positions in IT operations and business strategy. I remember the beginning very well: I loved me the ability of technology to innovate and transform business processes and results. I strongly believe in this power nowadays. The gain IT teams leadership can provide to differentiated results.Leading sales and pre-sales teams I developed offer portfolios, go-to-market strategies, alliances and pricing models. I conquered large business accounts, achieved goals and the desired share balance between public and private sector.In the strategic field, I supported IT companies acquisition processes, developed projects to obtain funding, and served as a consultant mapping operational processes and IT architecture design for new entrants to the Exchange business.In outsourcing operations, I worked in the review and implementation of supply and logistics processes, as well as in auditing and monitoring business results. I managed innovation projects with disruptive technologies. I lived the first biometrics projects in the country and startup the telephony company, managing the implementation of core IT and SAP solutions.In this journey, living sometimes in Rio and sometimes in São Paulo, I did not neglect the role of Father, and with some temporary gaps, I kept the passion for music, gastronomy and my running activities.I have been in IT jobs for more than 35 years, considering 22 in executive positions, when I developed diversified skills: Business Planning, Negotiation, Alliances, Sales, Pre-Sales and pricing, Managed Print Services, SLAs and IT Services Contracts.
