I took the reins of leading more than 10 teams, mentoring and guiding over 40 developers to ensure streamlined operations and quality delivery. Additionally, I initiated and helmed our mentoring program, designed to nurture newcomers in the software domain. This program was a testament to Tentaculo's commitment to professional growth; as after their training, these budding developers either found their place within our ranks or received our endorsement for positions at other esteemed software companies.

As the Lead Software Engineer at dLocal, I'm at the helm of the product and development efforts of our Brazilian team. Together, we're crafting a core banking service that's geared towards providing seamless compliance, legal and accounting automation for our operations in Brazil. This tool aggregated data from across the platform, evolving into a comprehensive Business Intelligence solution for advertising insights. Soon after its deployment, it was indispensable for Pinterest's ads intelligence and sales teams, streamlining their processes and enhancing their capabilities.

Beyond just spearheading the project, I was hands-on, diving deep into the code to ensure flawless integration. Our tool bridged the gap with their Magento web store, streamlining the management of sales and facilitating the efficient delivery of products. This combination of strategic leadership and technical execution ensured a more cohesive and efficient operational flow for NC8.co.

At Neoway Business Solutions, I took on the role of a Full Stack Developer, playing a pivotal part in the development and enhancement of the Leads product (SIMM 2.0). As a member of the Leads Team, my responsibilities extended beyond coding to encompass a comprehensive understanding of the product. This involved both client and server-side development and regular maintenance, working in tandem with a myriad of teams, from UI/UX and Dev-ops to Business Intelligence and Quality Assurance. Our collective efforts often culminated in brainstorming sessions where we envisioned new features and strategized on the implementation of improvements.Beyond my technical contributions, I had the unique opportunity to create a people development initiative within the company. This endeavor was manifested through a gamified "guide-hero" model. The process began with the 'hero' outlining specific growth objectives for the quarter, termed the Individual Development Process (IDP). This set the stage for periodic one-on-one meetings where the guide, or master, and the hero would collaboratively evaluate the progress made toward the objectives of the IDP. Integral to this model was the Feedback 360 phase, where the master procured feedback about the hero from their colleagues. This feedback, encompassing both behavioral and technical aspects, was then integrated into the hero's IDP for the next quarter, ensuring a continuous cycle of growth and improvement. Through this initiative, we aimed to instill a culture of constant learning and personal growth within the organization.

At Raffcom Marketing Digital, I co-founded the development team alongside Samuel Lamin. Together, we established streamlined processes, set development standards, and organized our team's operations around the Scrum framework.In my role as a Backend Developer, I was entrusted with comprehensive development tasks. This wasn't just about writing code; it was about being an integral part of the conception and planning stages for every website project we undertook. My primary objective was to ensure an optimal experience for the end-user. As time progressed, my responsibilities grew, and I began leading and mentoring new developers who joined our ranks. Technologically, our toolkit revolved around PHP with Wordpress, Vanilla JS, UIKit with SASS, and MySQL.My journey at Raffcom also saw me wearing the hat of a Tools Developer. This role was about identifying gaps and creating solutions to automate specific company processes. Notably, I developed tools to integrate Google Analytics and Facebook Hooks Events seamlessly into our sites. Furthermore, I crafted integrations between WordPress and various other marketing utilities, leveraging technologies like Node.js, React, Npm, Gulp, and MongoDB.

Even after the workday was over, I was fueled by a relentless drive for growth and learning. Instead of winding down, I would delve into studying web development and take on extended deadline projects with Estúdio Drop. I firmly believed that solely relying on my day job wouldn't satiate my thirst for personal and professional growth. It was evident to me that to truly excel and surpass my peers, I needed to dedicate more, to learn more, and to do more.

My passion for acquiring knowledge wasn’t a newfound trait during my time at Estúdio Drop. It had roots far deeper, stemming from a childhood dream: I wanted to become a game developer. However, the lack of game development companies in nearby cities didn't deter me. Instead, it fueled my drive. I dedicated countless nights and weekends to self-learning, delving into game development using Actionscript 3 and C++ with the Allegro Library. My commitment led me to participate in game jams and various competitions.One of these indie games caught the attention of Cafundó Estudio Criativo. This serendipitous moment led to an exciting opportunity: I collaborated on a game named Xmile. It wasn’t just any game; it was an interactive learning tool crafted for children, merging fun with education.

My professional journey as a developer began at Enova Interactive. It was there that I truly honed the ethos and skills of a software professional. The challenge was immense: I became part of a dedicated team tasked with developing an expansive software to streamline and manage every facet of harbor operations.Our approach was multifaceted. We utilized C++ in tandem with the QT framework for frontend development, crafting the software's user interface. Subsequently, the generated QT code was converted to be compatible with C# using a proprietary tool designed by our tech lead. On the backend, we leveraged the robustness of Java, coupled with the SOAP protocol and Postgres, to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
