At Neoway Business Solutions, I took on the role of a Full Stack Developer, playing a pivotal part in the development and enhancement of the Leads product (SIMM 2.0). As a member of the Leads Team, my responsibilities extended beyond coding to encompass a comprehensive understanding of the product. This involved both client and server-side development and regular maintenance, working in tandem with a myriad of teams, from UI/UX and Dev-ops to Business Intelligence and Quality Assurance. Our collective efforts often culminated in brainstorming sessions where we envisioned new features and strategized on the implementation of improvements.Beyond my technical contributions, I had the unique opportunity to create a people development initiative within the company. This endeavor was manifested through a gamified "guide-hero" model. The process began with the 'hero' outlining specific growth objectives for the quarter, termed the Individual Development Process (IDP). Integral to this model was the Feedback 360 phase, where the master procured feedback about the hero from their colleagues. This feedback, encompassing both behavioral and technical aspects, was then integrated into the hero's IDP for the next quarter, ensuring a continuous cycle of growth and improvement. Through this initiative, we aimed to instill a culture of constant learning and personal growth within the organization.

At Raffcom Marketing Digital, I co-founded the development team alongside Samuel Lamin. Together, we established streamlined processes, set development standards, and organized our team's operations around the Scrum framework.In my role as a Backend Developer, I was entrusted with comprehensive development tasks. This wasn't just about writing code; it was about being an integral part of the conception and planning stages for every website project we undertook. Even after the workday was over, I was fueled by a relentless drive for growth and learning. However, the lack of game development companies in nearby cities didn't deter me. Instead, it fueled my drive. I dedicated countless nights and weekends to self-learning, delving into game development using Actionscript 3 and C++ with the Allegro Library. My commitment led me to participate in game jams and various competitions.One of these indie games caught the attention of Cafundó Estudio Criativo. This serendipitous moment led to an exciting opportunity: I collaborated on a game named Xmile. My professional journey as a developer began at Enova Interactive. It was there that I truly honed the ethos and skills of a software professional. The challenge was immense: I became part of a dedicated team tasked with developing an expansive software to streamline and manage every facet of harbor operations.Our approach was multifaceted. We utilized C++ in tandem with the QT framework for frontend development, crafting the software's user interface. Subsequently, the generated QT code was converted to be compatible with C# using a proprietary tool designed by our tech lead.
