Primavera and Rio Verde plant with spend of USD 6 million. Cost avoidance over 15% and USD 1,3 million. It was negotiated a Cost reduction with inclusion of spare parts kit for one year operation and a smart glass to distance maintenance. ▪ Lead Capex Executing Team for Latam South (CASC, obtaining savings over USD 7 million in two years, that represents more than 10% of cost avoidance obtained against of total spend. The cost avoidance are through should cost and TCO, cost breakdown and continuous improvement in the acquisition of Capex and Opex packages. FY21/22.▪ Attend and help to deploy in an innovation project for smart maintenance for OPEX to deploy smart maintenance control through on-line devices. Bring outside in: Bringing Lansolver, on of the companies, who was capable and qualified to automate the maintenance through smart phones and IoT technologies, bringing Cargill´s plants to start 4.0 environment.▪ Continuous Improvement project – for Industrial Service, working together with Category Buyer to ensure project sourcing objectives, actions and priorities are aligned both within Global Category Manager, Engineering and others stakeholders management – OPEX (Industrial Service – maintenance) – 2018/2019. – CR 15% over spend.▪ Deploy Capex strategy to enable migration to energy free market of 70 warehouses in Brazil with a saving forecast of USD 500K/year.▪ Deploy the acquisition strategy for packaging machine for PANDORA (new oil packaging) project together with stakeholders, through market analysis/spend analysis; innovation and managing agreements.▪ Lead Capex Team for NETUNO project with spend over USD 100 million in 4 years to expand the TEG/TEAG operation for grain and sugar. The result until now : USD 1,8 million as cost avoidance.
