Implemented all modules to comply with the public system of digital bookkeeping (SPED) to monitor the accounting, tax, and financial contributions of the entity in compliance with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Agency (RFB). As a pilot area involved in the project, led the process of reorganizing the IT organizational structure, assisted by Accenture Consulting. Acted as mandate originator for union operations.  Worked on one of the steps to lengthen Braskem's debt profile in 2004 through a mega funding of BRL 1.2 billion.
