I'm a software developer with over 10 years of experience in object-oriented programming in a variety of web environments and international projects working remotely for companies in the US and Germany.The current project I’m working on involves backend development for health benefits systems using technologies like Java 17, Jetty, Spring Boot, AWS, PostgreSQL, Flyway, Apollo Router, GraphQL and Rest APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, Git, GitHub, Jenkins and a bit of Python and NodeJS.Prior to that I was part of a development teams for logistic systems using Spring Boot, Tomcat, Java 6, Java 8, Java WS, Java RS, Java JMS, Apache Kafka, Java 8, IBM WAS, JSP, JavaScript, Ajax, Oracle 12c and Oracle WLS.I speak Portuguese, English and German.I like to draw diagrams, automate processes specially tests, read about clean code, I also like to build projects using Arduino, ESP8266, RPI, Alexa, Siemens PLC, IHM, VFD and motors.My prior experience with personal and professional projects includes customer services, project management e.g. transition, incident, problem and change management, tech leader, software architect, Ladder development, C#, C++, PHP, MySQL, LDAP, Windows Server 2008, SLES, Virtual Box, VMware ESXi, Citrix and Critical Path Meta-Directory Server.My own academic favorite project I have ever worked on consisted in developing a prototype by using Rasberry PI and solar energy to identify irregular vehicles (for instance, irregular documentation and cloned or stolen vehicle) building a low cost mobile device and a system which allows the location view and vehicle information. So, it was possible to position the device near a street, wait for a car to pass and be notified if it has any irregularities. The notification was sent by email containing a link to a system. The system had a responsive interface that allowed showing the location on Google Maps, the event timestamp, irregularity information and car information, such as brand, model, color, license plate, and passenger capacity.
