IT Analyst Responsible for the Automation Deskside at Novelis in the aluminum recycling business, mining sector.Responsible for developing and coordinating actions with Novelis' IT and Automation Engineering team and maintaining biannual security update cycles directed by the global team.Support with support to the areas of Remelting, Recycling, Finishing, cold and hot lamination to solve problems related to Information Technology.I manage the Automation Inventory to update machines, using tools such as Excel, Power BI to create Dashboards. Also responsible for Opening and Closing Tickets and SLA time, using Novelis' Service Now platform.Technical knowledge applied in the position:- VersionDog Software for Backup and edition of PLC projects, manager and implementer in the automation park;- VMSphere automation virtual computer management platform;- Implementation of SCCM Server and Software Center to deploy Windows updates in the automation park;- Management and control of automation machines in Microsoft Active Directory (AD);- ScadaFence Monitoring Software- Carbon Black Endpoint implementation and management in Legacy Assets;- Hardware and Software knowledge:* Applying security updates from Windows Update* Antivirus installation on Dell Automation machines* Xplore Tech Bobcat Tablet Battery Replacement, Motion R12, Getac and Fixed IP Settings, DNS, Gateway, security updates, antivirus of production HMS System Tablets;* Solving Windows errors, to improve performance, formatting by image and pendrive and general IT processes;- Creation, Editing and Management of Excel Spreadsheets, Dashboards in Power BI;- Use of Sharepoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex for meetings and internal and global communication in English with Novelis and NTT;

I was responsible for monitoring all printing equipment at the Novelis company plant in Pindamonhangaba and other units in Brazil, I handled tickets from critical sectors (truck weighing scales, railway terminal, billing and loading docks), administrative and production area. I was also responsible for inventory control and ordering of supplies. I exchange supplies at the local unit's printers and remotely support users at other Novelis units in the country, providing remote service and support to users in troubleshooting access and accreditation of badges, printer mapping on the network and server access for settings. I provided technical assistance for hardware such as cleaning, replacement of parts, printer configuration, and all the necessary support for the continuity of the company's activities and ensuring compliance with deadlines with Customers (SLA);All work was carried out temporarily within a period of 45 days to cover the company's employee vacation, with a contract and registration in the work card.
