I have extensive experience and proven work history in the corporate banking sector, where I worked for nearly 9 years, in various areas of law, in the internal legal department of one of the largest private banks in Latin America. During this long stint at the Financial, I was able to obtain solid expertise in Civil and Corporate Labor Law, in addition to improving skills in managing internal and outsourced processes, the latter having an opportunity to deal with well-known, nationally renowned law firms. I acted in mass labor litigation, with processes of employees, contractors and subcontracts of the Bank. At the same time, adding the labor function, I provided consultancy to the branch network in Sao Paulo, solving common legal doubts that occurred in commercial relations with clients and consumers in general. Going deeper into the civil area, I performed my activities in strategic civil litigation, dealing with a portfolio of cases of great relevance to the Bank: public civil actions, civil inquiries and demands, administrative or judicial, considered institutionally relevant, due to their financial aspects or diffuse collective interest. At the end of my career at the Bank, with a vast contentious, mass and strategic background, I was able to dedicate my time again to the advisory, but now specialized, area of ​​Capital Markets, working in the full monitoring of operations structured by the wholesale Bank of the Financial, in the local capital market, especially in fixed income, including issues of Debentures, Promissory Notes and Financial Bills. I also worked in the equity market in initial public offerings (IPOs) and secondary offerings of shares (FONs), always in the local arm of these operations. Before this experience, which today shapes a corporate profile focused on the business, I worked in law firms with banking law and interned in public agencies, such as the INSS (Social Security), AGU (Union Advocacy) and the Public Defender of the State of Sao Paulo. Strong legal professional graduated from Universidade São Judas Tadeu and with several short courses with a practical focus.
