Hello!!!I've been in the industry since 1994 and started my career in Social Communication in 98, at PSA Peugeot Citroën. From then until now, including my military service, thank God I have built up a solid experience in the internal and external processes of social communication, social resources and human reception in work environments.I'd like to highlight the period between 2004 and 2014, when I worked for Petrobras and its subsidiaries, where I took on responsibilities focused on social communication; knowledge management; onboarding, adaptation and demobilization of employees; and the implementation of Integrated Management Systems based on QHSE - Quality, Safety, Environment and Occupational Health.Between one lucky break and another, I also found room for entrepreneurship! Between 2010 and 2013 I started two businesses... Trâmite Gestão por Competência, a business consultancy for communication and social responsibility projects, and Bicho Legal Comercio e Serviços, a pet shop that was very important in Niterói, in the state of Rio. Corporate education programs and inspections of corporate environments to monitor occupational risks are responsibilities that I have also taken on and coordinated in other companies.My last CLT experience, in 2019, was coordinating the Communications and Social Responsibility area of a construction company hired by Petrobras to manage the "Route 3 utilities" project at the Rio de Janeiro Petrochemical Complex - Comperj.In 2021 my wife and I bet on a different market from our scope and founded a new company - SR Locações. We operated this business for two years and eight months until we decided to diversify our investments again.At the moment I'm a partner in the GUINADA Training Center and I host the GUINACAST Channel, being one of its creators.In sport... I'm a Judo Black Belt, registered with the Judo Federation of the State of Rio de Janeiro and the Brazilian Judo Confederation, with a post-graduate degree in Judo | Trainingwith a mission to help children, young people and adults learn social skills.I have a degree in Social Communication, a postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Technical Training in Occupational Safety and, at the moment, I am a student at the ABRAFP Psychoanalytic School, in partnership with Anhanguera College, on the Training and Improvement Courses for Clinical Psychoanalysts.This is a very small part of my story!
