As a Director of Design & Operations at Launchcode, my daily goal is to make clients’ ideas, dreams and business needs come to life by designing tangible, high-quality and intuitive software and visual communication. I am responsible to lead the creative team to: 1. Be recognized as the best tech company in Calgary to work with design & development.2. Some of my daily responsibilities:- Lead, mentor and manage the creative team providing design and art direction.- Define and improve the company's creative strategy and processes.- Apply design thinking techniques to understand the client's challenges and ideas.- Run the UI/UX side of small to large-size projects for software and hardware solutions.- Develop high-quality deliverables throughout our projects.- Create high-fidelity mockups (for mobile apps, web portals, websites, etc…).- Help out the development team with interface assets and product releases.- Create stunning proposals & presentations.- Build brand awareness and positioning.- Help with marketing and branding as needed.- Manage core company-wide KPIs with company executives on a weekly basis.- Define and implement company-wide processes and internal tools.- Promote a culture of design, user experience, innovation, high-quality products, extreme care about the client, and continuous learning.Some achievements:- I supported Launchcode Inc. from the ground up to become a multi-million dollars company with full operations and a team of 30+ employees.- I worked on over 200 software prototypes (mobile app, web portal, IoT, hardware).- I worked on over 60 solutions implementation (from concept to production).

PMSolution Consulting was a company I found in 2014 with the mission of helping clients build amazing digital products while decreasing their value stream waste, aligning business goals & product roadmap and increasing their management maturity. I worked as a consultant in the operational department, which was responsible for processing the medical expenditure of the company.
