❯ My career began as a farmer, who did not take studies seriously and never imagined himself working with nothing else than animals and crops, until a crisis struck the agricultural sector. Back then, I had to adapt and then suddenly I became a software engineer with academic awards (a really short version).❯ With more than 14 years of experience in development and software engineering, the different projects in which I've participated along my career grants me the needed background to face real-world problems using the power of software engineering. Besides, it made it possible for me to have fun creating my own server of an online game that I used to play.❯ I have an undergraduate degree and a technical course, in both, I had excellent academic achievements. In my undergraduate in software engineering, I've finished with an average grade of 8.6 of 10, and I've received two academic achievements awards, one of them, called Academic Laurea, I was the fourth student awarded in the history of the course. ❯ During my college studies, I've participated in scientific initiation groups, I was a member of LESA (Applied Software Engineering Laboratory) group. This experience brought me a strong basis of how the software works and the best ways to develop it. Moreover, my academic profile encourages me to deeply study and understand things.❯ Throughout my career I've learned to like challenges, always seeking to improve professionally and personally. I have solid knowledge in web architectures and broad experience in development, currently my focus is working with Flutter for mobile apps and frontend in general, and good experience with Java/Spring Spring-Cloud in microservices architectures, besides being enthusiastic about Javascript and ReactJs. Always making use of best-recommended practices like SOLID, OOP, TDD, considering concepts like Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Clean on architectures design and keeping in mind the agile principles, besides a big concern in writing code for humans and not for machines.❯ At last, I believe that before being a professional you are a human being, and this point-of-view had helped me to keep a healthier work environment, with more empathy and resilience, which helps on team's good mood and improving productivity.❯ Contact: luizpaulofranz@gmail.com
