-Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bidding process, ensuring compliance with all bid requirements and deadlines.-Review bid documents and assess requirements and scope of work.-Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary information and resources for bid submissions.-Prepare and submit bids on time, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all guidelines.-Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor proposals to meet client needs and preferences.-Maintain a database of bid documents, contracts, and related information.

Send offers to sales or clients, Contact with suppliers, BOQ per supplier for prices and delivery time, Prepare Material submittals

Handles all the bidding request that come from clients and vendors, process of planning and preparing these proposals or tenders and contact with Suppliers.
