Sponsored by Google, Sydney University and Curtin University, the program offers equity free start up funds, co-working space and mentoring to teams. My role involved the promotion, selection of teams, execution of the program. It subsequently changed it's name to Accelerate as part of program redesign.

Managed the WA contract for the National Diabetes Services Scheme as well as running the Finance, IT, HR and physical assets for Diabetes WA. I led the expansion of the scheme from 135 to 350 distributions through HR, marketing operational and legal channels, expanded our operations to a second site, introduced online retail and evolved our financial transacting and reporting platform. I also managed the development of a succession plan for the national contract and assisted in the securing of the contract for a further 5 years. I was also successful in securing 2 grants for Kids with Type 1 Diabetes as well as a $630K IT strategy and systems grant with LotteryWest.

Prepared all financial models for operational and CAPEX expenditure on the proposed venture ($136M), liaised with public relation companies on strategies, conducted due diligence on retail point of sale, security and IT development companies, undertook competitor analysis assessments and menu development. I managed all the College's financial transactions and reporting, including preparation of reports for the Board. I assisted in the development and negotiations of a $3.2M construction project for 18 new residential units and helped to identify anomalies in our investment portfolio reporting. During this time, I was resided on site providing pastoral care and reintroduced a culture awareness day, arts program and a college debate event.
