Highly proficient in developing ANSYS APDL scripts for design optimization, and in generating pre/post tools (using Matlab, Mathcad, or Excel VBA) for efficient simulation batch run. Over 9 years design/analysis experience of Offshore Riser Systems, including Flexible Riser (@ Wellstream & Technip), Steel Catenary Riser and Steel Lazy Wave Riser. Highly proficient with various riser analysis tasks: flexible pipe x-section design, riser configuration, strength, interference, service life, installation, and seabed stability analysis. FEA experience of riser system components: Flexible riser end-fitting, Ram-style Tensioner, SCR hang-off support structure retrofit to Spar, SCR keel joint support structure, and mooring pile pad-eye design optimization.
