- Install the corresponding applications in the EFB system and provide support to the EFB users regarding all the applications installed.- Revise and check possible security problems associated to the applications installed.- Manage the configuration of the equipment and programs, ensuring that non-approved programs may not be installed.- Ensure that only the valid version of each of the applications is installed in the EFB system (the version in force from the data packages/loads).- Weekly validation and approval of the data package and loads.- Ensure the integrity of the data packages/loads used by the application installed.- Ensure that any application belonging to an additional software does not have a negative effect for the operation of the EFB, and that any additional software is included within the scope of the EFB configuration management.- Manage the security of the EFB system.- Participate and receive feedback from audits and inspections, both internal and external, carried out for the EFB system.- Management of improvement projects associated with the system.- Monitoring and management of incidences.

- Responsible for the management and leadership of the EFB Project within the Company, successfully approved and implemented- Planning, management and execution of several projects essential for the operational improvement of the Company and for the Flight Operations area- Definition and implementation of procedures in the Operations Manual to meet the applicable regulatory requirements - Presentation and defense of the project phases to the affected departments and the Regulatory Authority that approves the projects- Coordination with the affected departments in order to guarantee the consistency in the procedures defined in the Manuals of the Company derived by the implementation of the Projects- Management of weekly meetings and checkpoints to monitor the proper execution of the Project- Rigorous assessment and evaluation of the applicable regulatory requirements- Rigorous monitoring of the progress of the Project to make decision about the launch of its different phases - Preparation of the document packages to be submitted and delivered to the competent Authority - Identification of improvement opportunities of the systems for their implementation - Support to the EFB administration with the weekly management of the system- Efficient management and resolution of incidences encountered during the execution and implementation of the Projects

▪ Technical consultancy of projects related to the introduction of EGNOS-based procedures in Europe and Africa▪ Development of technical documents for GNSS implementation ▪ Project coordination of international EGNSS projects including proposal preparation, preparatory contractual activities, liaise with international partners, project plan generation, organisation and participation in kick-off, progress meetings and final meetings with the customer and project consortium, supervision of project milestones and project requirements, generation and supervision of risks register, support to costs supervision activities, progress reports generation, continuous reporting to the customer, dissemination activities, supervision of accomplishment of project deadlines and deliveries ▪ Development of safety assessments for the implementation of new GNSS procedures in European airspace▪ Development of business cases/CBAs for rotorcraft and aircraft operators, ANSPs, airports and industry companies ▪ Contribution to the generation of Safety Guidance Material for PinS procedures and LLR in coordination with Eurocontrol Safety Team▪ Organisation and coordination of the FLAG technical advisory group for the implementation of PinS and LLR procedures in Europe▪ Organisation and technical preparation of technical workshops and working groups on Operational Safety, PBN, Operational approvals and Operational implementation of new GNSS procedures ▪ Contribution to the preparation of technical and financial proposals for European funding programmes such as H2020 and SJU Very Large Demonstrations among others
