As a Project Manager, I work with searching for new clients for our company. During my time in this position I was able to get multiple leads with potential clients. Also, the position had extra responsibilities, which further expanded my experience in this field of work – I worked with web design, advertising our company, finding and training new employees and also providing possible solutions to our partners regarding customer service and satisfaction.In addition to these responsibilities, I seek to ensure high quality in the customer service our company provides by analyzing the most common customer queries and preparing standardized answers, which our employees can use, helping them learn how to successfully deal with both basic and difficult questions.

As a Customer Service Representative, I mostly worked with inbound calls. The position required high precision and analytical skills due to the higher complexity of customer issues we were to solve. During my time in this position I had multiple responsibilities of training new employees, communicating with our partners about the most common customer issues and providing excellent customer service.I achieved high results during call evaluation, since the position required high procedural accuracy I had no issue complying with the company's goals and ensuring short, but concrete customer service, while following the rules, which were issued by our partners.
