CORE is a charity that develops open-access, interactive, ebook-based courses for anyone interested in learning about the economy and economics. CORE's ebooks are now used in instruction in over 360 universities in 63 countries. As a global collaboration of hundreds of teachers, writers and researchers CORE is transforming how economics is taught. CORE introduced a number of innovations in the EdTech sector, such as:• Creation of an innovative online-first publishing platform which enabled us to go from concept to deliver of a 1300 pages academic textbook in 10 months, including one-click output of the ebook in web, mobile, e-pub and camera ready print format.• Development of interactive teaching and learning materials and their delivery over an interactive website.• Process innovations with a distributed collaborative international authorship.• Content innovations which include an enhanced level of interactivity, modularity (suitability for various audiences) and attention to new pedagogies (flipping, games and experiments etc).

Managing a team of five student consultants on a project for a non-profit organisation to developed a long term business plan which will lead our client to a self-sustaining state.

Responsible for management and delivery of written, oral and clinical examinations for over 3500 candidates a year in the UK and overseas, including:• development of examination materials • development of application procedures and customer service standards • development of administrative and delivery procedures • examiner training • coordination of Examination Boards • quality assurance and appeals

Supported over 70 regional centres that offered the College’s educational programmes.

The ETCG was set up by the European Commission to support the operational management, implementation and coordination of the “Education & Training 2010” work programme.
