As a software engineer at NCR Corporation, I apply my ITIL® certification and newly found skills in programming, IT service management to develop and deliver innovative solutions for the retail, hospitality, and banking industries. Over four years of experience in the IT field, working as a service desk specialist and a technical support agent before starting my journey as a software engineer in August 2023. I have a degree in Automatics from ETS Stari Grad, where I learned the fundamentals of automation, robotics, and control systems. I enjoy collaborating with my team and customers to solve complex problems and create value for the business. I am passionate about learning new technologies and improving my professional skills.
