This role includes designing test cases that will be used in an automation system which automates baseband device testing. Creating these test cases caused me to learn how to use automation frameworks like Selenium as well as used Jira to help map out which tasks we have finished and what we have left to complete. I worked with Python and Node JS to create https servers which will accept PUT and GET requests for data from the automation scripts. We have daily Scrum meetings to discuss how the current automation is going and if we will meet all of our deadlines. In this role I was required to update myself with the latest broadcasting standards and terminology. One example was when I had to create a library for TSL V5. Having no prior knowledge of multiviewers and UMD's I had to learn to create a website using Node JS to send TSL V5 packets to our devices.

I dealt with keeping all layer one and two networking devices and classroom issues. I learned how to implement and troubleshoot Cisco equipment including: Cisco Catalyst Switches, Compact Switches and Cisco Access Points. I learned how to use Cisco's Prime, Infoblox, Splunk and even learned how to modify Access Groups in our ISE. My main duties included: Updating and implementing new cisco equipment, troubleshooting layer two equipment, configuring and implementing UPS's, troubleshooting network issues , implementing and configuring access points.

I was working with BaAm fixing, organizing, and loading items to be shipped to various multi million dollar events for the MLB, NHL, and NFL. I worked with the shipping portion, mostly maintaining the MLB and NFL event equipment. My job comprised of prepping and loading equipment and structures, Cleaning painting and patching up walls, Creating various structures with wood, filling in paperwork and making sure that everything was prepped and ready before they had to be shipped.

I dealt with both customer services and with Baking components, I was able to resolve issues with difficult customers with ease and had no problems promoting and selling in store merchandise. I also took the initiative to learn how to bake.
