• Analyze logs to improve system and network performance, isolate and detect failures, and identify malicious activity;• React to real-time monitoring system notifications and advise appropriate parties;• Review key application internal logs on a weekly basis;• Conduct scheduled annual and semi-annual reviews;• Assist in troubleshooting problems for security systems, assist other teams in troubleshooting;• Work on various projects in the InfoSec department;• Primary backup to the IT Security Manager;• Keep abreast of the greater threat landscape and its underlying technologies;• Provide guidance and mentoring to younger team members.

• Install and use software, such as firewalls and data encryption programs, to protect sensitive information• Research the latest information technology (IT) security trends• Develop security standards and best practices for their organization• Recommend security enhancements to management or senior IT staff• Help computer users when they need to install or learn about new security products and procedures

• Develop and Maintain Front GP System Configuration and set-up according to Business Requirements• Provide technical support to the business for ongoing reporting matters on Front GP i.e. technical support on capital calls, reporting, allocations etc.• Monitor, troubleshoot and analyze issues within the Systems• Assist in On boarding and Implementation activities

• Perform Quality Assurance process controls around Reports, System Changes and System Enhancements• Perform Quality Assurance for data through advanced Excel skills• Verify defects are effectively recorded, communicated and understood• Identify and recommend process improvements as necessary
