- e2e in charge of TKLUB loyalty program - yearly CRM and marketing communication plan, financial planning to ensure TKLUB profitability and partner management- yearly planning and quarterly alignment of the marketing budget for designated product lines with reporting to upper management -yearly roadmap and execution of sales promotions for the mechanics and retail network (ATL, BTL, Online, radio and special pricing negotiations)-implementing Tokić brand standards on new and existing POS locations-planning and purchasing of all Tokić promo materials

In charge of implementing a strategic brand approach to POS development in multiple fields of responsibility:- Proprietary POS redesign (definition of the convergent operator shop appearance, production of new POS materials, coordination of suppliers and internal employees to reach desired deadlines)- Regional collaboration within A1 group on the project of POS digitalization (long-term goal of a paperless shop and superb CX trough all touchpoints)- Controlling the local trade marketing budget for all partner POS (including yearly planning and oversight)- Creation and production of ATL and BTL materials for all A1 POS (both own, exclusive partners and large accounts)- Shaping active sales channel campaigns aiming to drive sales on micro locations with targeted brand elements

Responsible for trade marketing and brand strategy on proprietary and franchise POS - Setting up and opening new shops with appropriate implementation of brand standards - Regular oversight, maintenance and appearance improvements of existing shops - Production of new POS materials, on site campaign coordination (BTL on POS) and proposal of new creative POS solutions - Trade promoter education and appropriate POS material preparation for location supply - Field report overview and execution of appropriate corrective activities based on that reports

• Educational, working and entertainment event segments for new POS location launches, targeted sales events and nationalwide brand awareness • Organized events from conception to completion; arranged stage and program schedules; managed on site logistics and directed sound/technical services, and emcees• Provided creative design, style and themes for each event• Successfully recruited and trained volunteers as needed• Identified and maximized methods to spend budgets effectively; participated in the events when necessary
