In this role, he led process and technology innovations for emerging services value streams in the EMEA region and successfully scaled software development efforts through the Scaled Agile Framework.Martin also held roles as an Area Manager, Team Manager for Global Project Management/Service Delivery Management, UVN Team Manager - Implementation Team, System Engineer, and DTAC Engineer. These positions saw him leading diverse teams and implementing complex networks for top-tier clients.Martin co-founded Business Intelligence Partners with his brother, Samuel. Their company helps clients leverage data from internal and external systems to create data models that support decision-making. They work with startups and established companies, using advanced data analytics, process automation, and their experience from international firms to drive growth and operational excellence.Throughout his career, Martin's goal has been to deliver value through the efficient and effective management of talented teams, with a keen focus on transformation, innovation, and data-centric growth.
