Adaptér is an innovative public institution of Budapest's 11th district where I lead business development initiatives to reduce dependency on public funding. My role focuses on cultivating strategic partnerships within the art&tech landscape, negotiating sponsorship deals, and driving sales. I also manage the rental of our venue and podcast studio, and oversee the development and sales of our educational programs.

As a freelance fixer and local producer, I've had the pleasure of working with a range of international media outlets, including The New York Times, Vice, ZDF, Al Jazeera, AJ+, Sveriges Radio, and Watson. My work primarily involves coordinating and facilitating interviews, gathering and translating information, and providing logistical support to journalists working on domestic political stories in Hungary and international stories, such as the war in Ukraine. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, I strive to help reporters craft compelling and informative narratives that accurately reflect the people and issues at the heart of their stories.

As CEO and webshop developer of Égboltkép, I had the opportunity to lead a dynamic and innovative print-on-demand company that was committed to developing data-based customizable personal gifts using cutting-edge technologies.At Égboltkép, we were proud to have successfully raised funding from Balogh Petya, a prominent investor on Hungarian SharkTanks, as well as HiVentures, Hungary's leading semi-state-funded venture capital firm.

As the Head of Communications at Bankito Fesztival, I was responsible for orchestrating the buzz that surrounded this incredible event. From developing and executing marketing campaigns and advertising plans to managing online and offline content and materials, I led my team to ensure that every aspect of the festival's communications was top-notch.Beyond the festival itself, I also managed press relations and established international partnerships that helped to spread the word and generate excitement on a continental scale. Whether I was meeting with partners, crafting social media posts, or brainstorming creative ways to engage attendees, I was driven by a passion for connecting people and building something truly special.

During my time at Auróra, I served as a leader of the communications group, responsible for overseeing a team of volunteers. Together, we worked tirelessly to promote this iconic underground cultural center, with a focus on PR, event promotion, community building.Under my leadership, we built a communication strategy and brand design from the ground up, leveraging our collective skills and expertise to develop a cohesive and effective approach to promoting Auróra. We also extended our network within the Hungarian NGO scene, building relationships and forging partnerships that helped to amplify our message and extend our reach.Our efforts paid off in a big way, with appearances in some of the world's most prominent media outlets, including The New York Times, Guardian, BBC, ZDF, Süddeutsche Zeitung, AJ+, Der Spiegel, Arte TV, and many more. It was an honour to lead such a vibrant and dynamic team, and to be a part of a community that is dedicated to promoting the arts, culture, and social change.

As a member of the Startup Safari Budapest team, I had the opportunity to take on a range of exciting and challenging roles, including managing PPC campaigns, developing social media campaigns, and overseeing documentation for the event.Working closely with partners like Skyscanner, Prezi, Morgan Stanley, Cloudera, and Loffice, we developed and executed a range of creative and innovative strategies to raise awareness of the event and attract attendees from across the region.

As the tour manager for world-famous and prominent Hungarian classical musician Xaver Varnus, I was responsible for overseeing concert organization, event logistics, ticket sales administration, booking management, and basic graphical works.Xaver Varnus is a highly acclaimed musician with constant sold-out concerts, and my role involved ensuring that every performance was a success, from start to finish. Additionally, I was responsible for content management on Xaver Varnus' online social media platforms.
