The driving force behind my career in Sport Psychology lies in the profound impact it can have on individuals' paths to excellence, happiness, and sustained physical and mental well-being. I am continually motivated by the idea of bringing tangible value into people's lives and view each interaction as an opportunity for mutual learning.This belief has not only shaped my professional journey but has also left a mark on my personal life. At the age of 24, I embarked on a journey as a martial artist, competing and training for the past six years. This hands-on experience has deepened my understanding of how mental skills are applied in the real world, allowing me to 'walk the walk' of sport psychology on a daily basis.I quickly recognized the distinction between applying mental skills as an athlete and teaching others how to incorporate them into their lives. To broaden my expertise, I chose to work with individuals worldwide, not exclusively athletes but those eager to enhance their mental and physical well-being and performance.
