- Negotiation and execution of implementation agreements, PPAs, TDAs, grid connection agreements with various government authorities (Ministry of Economy, TSO);- Project design execution and control in close coordination with engineering consultants (wind measurement campaign, site surveys, micro-siting, civil & electrical design, ESIA);- Project scheduling and budgeting;- Permits and lands acquisition necessary for project implementation;- Project development within set schedules and budget;Projects: Zemo Wind Farm (13.5 MW), Pirveli Wind Farm (110 MW)

- Management and supervision of the development of company’s renewable energy portfolio (hydro, wind);- Screening and analysis of potential renewable energy projects on Georgian market;- Negotiation and execution of loan agreements with local banks (financial close for Kasleti HPP – loan amount 10 mil. USD and Chiora HPP – loan amount 16 mil. USD);- Close coordination with engineering consultant companies for project design and supervision;- Execution of tenders for EPC, civil works, E&M and H&M equipment;Projects: Chiora HPP (17 MW), Kasleti HPP (7 MW), Larsi HPP (5.8 MW) , Chero Wind Farm (50 MW);
