Build and Launch is a corporate innovation product from Ace Cortex.In this experience, I had the opportunity to lead a squad whose innovation thesis was: channels and new businesses.In this role, I proved to be an excellent leader as I led the client's team to conduct field research in six states to analyze the market and come up with a proof of concept to bring travelers back to the BlaBlaCar coach travel experience.Developed a technology MVP to demonstrate the correlation between faster checkout processes and increased ticket sales.In addition, I implemented a self-service option for food and drinks on the bus, increasing customer convenience.Main achievements:- Four successful test runs demonstrating the effectiveness of the model as the number of clients increased from one to reach 80% capacity.

In a second moment, we added some trends from Spotify and Billboard Brazil.Chatbot Facebook Messenger- ProblemTwo hours a day wore dedicated to high volume messaging in Facebook Messenger.- Result92% of responses on the Terraza and Second page was automated, and Messenger became an active opportunity generation channel, automating lead generation, and qualification.Also we had an increasing email marketing conversion on RD Station's (Opening: 10% Click: 0.8%) to (Open: 30% Click: 20%).

The online automotive encyclopedia Doctor-IE is the most comprehensive, detailed, and assertive automotive database in the country.As an intern, I worked on the design team with three other people who were responsible for creating graphic materials for the company's encyclopedia and advertising. My work started with the technical drawings but ended up moving towards content production. In this change, I was able to lead two video productions for the company's YouTube channel, which is one of the largest in its segment. It was my first internship as a designer and also where I had my first opportunity to travel for work (AUTOMEC).I also know that some of the good practices in video production that I have implemented are still in use today. (lower-thirds, intro, and outro).
