I redirected my focus from strictly programming to a vaster sphere of responsibilities and activities. I designed and served as the software architect for CasinoGuru and work on implementing its affiliate systems. Besides that, I took it upon myself to become more involved in the necessary managerial roles. I oversee, lead and manage on a company-wide and team basis. I set-up and manage company processes to ensure smooth and unhindered operations. Furthermore, I also serve as the financial manager for the company.

These projects placed me in the lead of implementing public solutions for the governmental sector. I analyzed their demands, drafted suitable solutions, lead and actively participated in their development and practical application. (Java, J2EE, Hibernate, REST, WS, Orika, JBoss, PostgreSQL)I implemented new features in OpenDayLight (ODL), incorporated and improved its Netconf for Infinera, participated on network solutions for Softbank and was responsible for ODL’s latest releases and developed a Proof of Concept (PoT) for a global supplier of data and telecommunication technologies.(Java, Python, Angular, Bash, GIT, ODL, OSGI, Blueprint, Docker)

I developed and implemented back-end software solutions for an Online Casino, was fully responsible for their functionality - was on alert 24/7 in case of any emergency, integrated 3rd party solutions through REST and WS. Over the course of this project, I gained my industry insight into the Online Gaming sphere. (PHP, GIT, Zend, Doctrine, Groovy, WS, REST)

This was my first startup, as well as my initial experience in the entrepreneurial world. Along with my other co-founders I networked with key industry players, negotiated funding and assembled the core company team. As part of the process, I developed and designed the company’s website and software.(Java, MyBatis, PostgreSQL, Spring MVC, Jetty, JS, JQuery)

During my tenure, I developed the project’s document management system (Java, Spring, Apache Cocoon, XSLT, Hibernate) and it’s report system (Java, BIRT, JasperSoft). Later I seamlessly implemented applications for the Financial and Release Management Systems. (SCRUM, Spring, Struts, J2EE, Selenium, Oracle, DB2).I implemented financial products for a local lead company in banking solutions (Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Oracle), developed the company’s DMS, researched KPIs and assisted in process optimization, gained valuable insights into SAP, consulted the main managerial body and core workforce on topics of design, and programming (Visual Basic, Java, Dynpro).As part of my experience in this position, I worked on the application implementation for the private financial system, as well as the public state system. One particularly interesting project had me direct the implementation of a local weather monitoring system. I personally oversaw and carried complete responsibility for the effectivity and functionality of all developed solutions.
