European Club for Countertrade & Offset (ECCO) is a business association for major global aerospace & defence companies that engage in offset/countertrade agreements in public international procurement.Member companies include AREVA, Dassault Systemes, DCNS, General Dynamics ELSS, HP, Kongsberg, MBDA, Rheinmetall, RUAG, SAAB, Safran, Thales, Tata Technologies.I serve as a Member of the Ethics Committee and help manage ISO 26000 obligations, as well as help promote best practices of the UN Global Compact.

A diverse role involving commercial research, building research-driven pitch documents, analysis of client businesses, and practical knowledge of current global compliance risks and key statutes.Some of the projects I have worked on include: developing an entry into the aerospace and defence market; producing legal research on such topics as the treatment of illegal profit in the UK courts and the EU Damages Directive; damages quantum research in the context of securities fraud (including analysing a large volume of investment bank equity research notes); and profit disgorgement for a high profile company in the context of global enforcement agencies investigation.
