My journey in VYRTYCH have begun in October 2021 with full responsibility in our business activities in Benelux, Balkan and Africa.During this time, I Successfully acquired and managed the retrofit of public stations luminaires in the Netherlands, resulting in a long-term project worth 5 000 000 EUR and 20 000 luminaires. The first 800 pcs are already installed on site. In first year of my role in 2022 my results shown 40% turnover increase. -Our company MIKOV had welcomed to its portfolio company NAREX BYSTRICE www.narextools.cz and our aim is to use network of both companies to establish stronger grounds on the Global markets.-Establishing new sales channels to enter International markets.-Working on brand recognition to provide support to our International business partners.-Re-building strategy representation-Organizing international fairs and spreading the story of heritage of Czech cutlery.-Creating ground for Wholesale distribution-Price calculations, business negotiations, creating terms and conditions for International contracts.

As a responsible Project Consultant for Benelux, Turkey, Cyprus and Israel my main duties contained:-Develop a sales strategy that meets the company sales goals and profitability-Prepare action plan for identifying and developing new target customers and sales opportunities.-Developing, maintaining, and improving business relations with existing accounts.-Provide high level of customer service on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction.-Preform full sales function including pre-sales activities, preparing quotes, responding to inquiries and presentations - as well as handling post-sales follow-up.-Establish and maintain accurate detailed records of clients, price offers, and sales in CRM.-Control of expenses to meet budget guidelines.-Trade shows – represent company and manage the logistics and planning.-Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and material in assigned territory
