• Coordinate service calls to the customer in line with the showroom and installations process• Facilitate the successful resolution of customer issues liaising with support teams.• Support the completion of any warranty claims• Update service records on CRM for relevant customers.• Sign up quality installers and support their comprehensive induction.• Coordinate installer availability and keep the team informed of installation lead times• Enable timely payment to the installer through efficient processing of documentationSystems and Procedures• Monitor and maintain installations records on relevant systems including detailed notes and quality completion• Review survey bookings and survey completion to ensure timelines and processes are adhered to• Support completion of contract change forms ensuring relevant payment/ costs are accounted for• Ensure completion documents are processed.• Review overdue tasks understanding route cause and support completion
