Head of Internal Audit for HUB companies of leading European Asset Management company Eurizon Capital, member of Intesa Sanpaolo banking group. Responsible for three countries: Slovakia (Eurizon Asset Management - formerly VÚB Asset Management), Hungary (CIB Investment Fund Management), Croatia (PBZ Invest)Main tasks and responsibilities:- Preparation of overall audit strategy and plans- Coordination and performance of internal audits- Leading audit teams- Preparation and presentation of recommendations for improvement including follow-up of its implementation- Cooperation with headquarters of Eurizon Capital in Milan on evaluation of key risks and preparation of annual audit plan- Semi-annual presentation of audit activities to Management Boards and Supervisory Boards of all three companies- Coordination of relationship with external auditors in Slovakia- Coordination of responses to requests/supervisions by the National Bank of Slovakia

- Leading audit jobs as in-charge auditor- Performing reviews, audits and due diligences according to Slovak GAAP and group accounting policies (mostly based on IFRS, Czech GAAP and German GAAP)- Accounting consultations- Cooperating on audit methodology implementation, development and setting of audit strategy.- Cooperating on standardization of audit procedures in order to increase efficiency and quality of audit- Innovative technologies implementation

- Leading audit jobs as in-charge audit senior- Supporting team during audit and in professional development via on-the-job training- Preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation (International Taxation)- Performing substantive testing of all financial statement areas (FSA) and analytical reviews of financial and non-financial data- Performing reviews, audits and due diligences according to Slovak GAAP and group accounting policies (mostly based on IFRS, US GAAP and German GAAP)

- Performing substantive testing of all financial statement areas (FSA)- Analysing and evaluating the accuracy of accounting approaches, data and procedures- Performing analytical financial reviews of FSA and overall analytical reviews- Proposing changes in accounting entries and accounting approaches- Performing review of compliance with local GAAP and group accounting policies- Performing review of financial statement and group reporting packages- Preparing financial statements- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients' personnel- Participation in consulting projects - financial due diligence part for M&A

- Responsible for administrative tasks and support for team- Communication with other teams (UK, Ireland, Slovakia)- Contract processing, data entry, data validation, data analysis and interpretation
