ETH Sustainability supports the chief executive officer of the ETH with tasks related to sustainable development. I was in charge to organise a virtual conference to discuss the potential of digitalization on communication, cooperation and networking in the scientific community. One outcome of the conference is to build a support service team to promote the use and benefit of digital communication tools. The goal of promoting digital communication tools is to embed virtual conferencing in a resource management strategy to reduce airborne CO2 emissions caused by business travels to academic conferences.

For Senozon I offered agent bases mobility models as a basis for strategic decisions to customers in the French and German speaking parts of Switzerland. Our customers were mainly from retail, real estates, insurances and mobility companies. I was in charge of the key account management mainly on C-level, buying centre and market analyses, product promotion and technical consultancy.My main concern was to understand the problem of my customers in detail to offer best mobility analyses and to outline the benefits and possibility of this new cut edge technology for the business of our customers.

The goal of the company Carbon Queen is to sell pyrolysis grill and to promote the biochar technology. By building up the start up Carbon Queen I strengthened my business development, corporate identity, marketing, product design, production, product launch, business and financial planning.

At Agroscope I supported the executive board with the project portfolio and project reporting and with ProfiCrops the cooperation and communication between research departments. For the project Win4 I developed a risk diagnosis tool and best management practise to reduce pesticide fluxes from agricultural production areas into surface waters. Best management practise were embedded in a holistic approach to combine environmental goals as water, soil and biodiversity protection with economical and social goals of farmers to avoid trade-off and create win-win situations.
