My professional career began as a construction project manager at a leading Lithuanian producer of precast concrete elements Betonika that offers customers the most advantageous solutions for various types of buildings and infrastructure projects, based on precast concrete products together with related services. I continued my career at SIMPER, UAB company for over three years. My responsibilities in this company mainly included management and technical supervision of construction work, building construction management as well as management of construction procedures completion. Currently I am pursuing my career as a Head of Construction Projects at the biggest retail trade chain in the Baltic states, Maxima LT, UAB. My daily responsibilities consist of the supervision of large construction projects as well as coordination of a team of over twenty employees. Throughout my work at the company together with my team, we have built and renovated over ten large and medium trade centres in Lithuania. I hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering that I gained at Kaunas University of Technology. On a personal level I am open to any situation that is challenging and which tests my abilities, and with my work colleagues I have a reputation of being a fast learner, who is dependable, organized and motivated.
