Lukas helped initiate the Institute of Hyperloop Technology where he is a PhD candidate and coordinating multiple projects. After starting into Hyperloop with the Hyperloop Pod Competitions and reaching out to industry partners, he is now focusing his work on research regarding a European Hyperloop Large Scale Technological Research Infrastructure. Simultaneously he is involved in standardization at national and European level, EU Projects and other Hyperloop Programs like the European ePIcenter project, the Hyperloop Development Program and the EU HyTeC project of Lower Saxony. Today he is focussing on Hyperloop efforts on a European level forming partnerships and consortia including industry and academia with the goal of developing future transportation.
