- Responsible for the performance (financial & business plans) of the portfolio of subsidiaries - Responsible for fulfillment of financial targets (with a focus on the portfolio of subsidiaries)- Managing and controlling the performance of the approved business and project objectives for selected subsidiaries- Co-creating new investment/development projects to bring additional surplus to already invested resources - Responsible for the execution of M&A projects- Coordinating and supporting business, technical and all other support departments during the negotiation and due diligence phases of M&A activities - Cooperating with the business departments in finding and negotiating new targets for potential cooperation

• Managing day-to-day project activities, internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.• Preparing estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project – including scope, objectives, staffing, budget and deliverables.• Responsible for full project life cycle ownership - successful project delivery includes full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.• Ensuring that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.• Developing and providing progress/status reports, project documentation and presentations to various audiences - including project team, sponsors, key stakeholders and BoD members.• Assembling and coordinating multi-diversified project teams.• Participating and driving feasibility studies, vendor selection processes including third parties negotiation.• Participating in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.

• Responsible for correct process of acquisitions / mergers of new business objects and coordination of departments involved in the process.• Leading the pricing analyses and evaluation (DCF, LBO, IRR) of specific business models and target companies.• Leading and guiding Colleagues who support Due diligence process.• Preparation of transaction documents, Financial Business Model and market research.• Preparation of marketing documents, virtual data rooms, information memoranda / info packs, companies teasers.• Assisting in Binding offer negotiation , documentation preparation for Board of Directors and full assistance in preparation of Indicative offer & Binding offer• Assisting in all steps of the transaction integration • Creation of tool for tracking of investment return and economic performance of the project / target company. The tool is based on double-entry bookkeeping principles and obtains data directly from the accounting journal.

• Performing financial analysis in Payroll/Travel/Compensation area, applying US GAAP, IFRS, corporate accounting guidelines and local Statutory/Tax requirements• Completing balance sheet account reconciliations, identifying and explaining monthly movements on assigned General Ledger accounts• Cooperation with wider IBM community on Payroll/Travel/Compensation accounting entries – Payroll operations, Finance and Planning, Human Resources, Treasury accounting• Driving open items resolution in challenging multicultural and diverse environment, cooperating with teams from various countries• Working with IBM systems and applications supporting Payroll/Travel/Compensation process (SAP, General Ledger, SQL Databases, MS Excel)• Supporting external and internal audit requests, preparing reports and analysis for auditors
