As our Chief Financial Officer, analysis and refinement of all EVI operations fall within my purview. I am involved in the structuring and setting of goals and strategies within each department in order to maintain fiscal alignment with the CEO’s vision and direction for the organization.I lead the maintenance of all key accounts and associated contracts, and directly oversee cash flow forecasting and related financial maneuvering. I structure and analyze all financials and design their monthly presentation to the board. I strive for continuous improvement and increased granularity in all KPIs and metrics.

I handle all facets of the billing process including the development of proposals which encompassed working with colleagues and customers to tailor the proposals and help streamline the workflow process in order to then generate invoices based on the purchase orders. I also am responsible for payroll entry which requires time sheet processing and check creation through PayChex. I also keep detailed records using QuickBooks in order to record payments and deposits, track employee earnings, create sales reports as needed, and inevitably reconciles the monthly statements for all accounts. I also try to spend much of my time on the phone resolving billing discrepancies and further reinforcing EVI's positive image to our customers through politeness and diligence. After a recent promotion, I now also handle all strategic planning, marketing, and managing for our unique NYS Grades 3-8 ELA, Math, Science, NYSESLAT, and Regents scoring process. This involves the overseeing and guiding of several employees to whom I delegate tasks in order to secure / retain our 600+ seasonal scoring employees and procuring / securing 100+ large contracts with old and new clients. This process requires that I be vigilant of emerging markets (in this case clients moving away from regional scoring or just switching vendors due to relationship dissolvent or disconnect).

Accounts Receivable and Contract Management - Established baseline AR metrics, transitioned the organization from paper-based processes to fully electronic (Estimates / Invoices / Credit Memos / Reconciliation / etc.) Setup cross-year contract tracking. Promoted from within, trained personnel, defined regular benchmark tasks, etc.
