Responsible for managing All Africa Based Bombardier Customers and responsible for the following:Build relationships with key decision makers and influencers at Bombardier customers by developing credibility through frequent communications, on site visits and consistently meeting customer expectations. Develop a deep understanding of customer business/cultural and regional issues to assist in positively influencing customer loyalty. Understand and communicate effectively our customer’s satisfaction of our products, services and relationships to influencers and decision makers in Bombardier with our products, services and relationship. Build effective working relationships with key influencers in functional departments across Bombardier to ensure understanding and support for key customer issues resolution. Follow-up to ensure timely response from the various Customer Support functions to customer commitments. Coordinate various customer meetings and forums within the region. Manage EIS projects from pre delivery and insure customer satisfaction and requirements are met. SalesFroce.com focal for Middle East and Africa group. Manage and maintain customer profiles and data in Salesfroce.com. Facilitate and promote sales of Bombardier aftermarket products, optional SBs and SmartParts programs. Extensive travel for customer visits across Africa( Nigeria, Kenya, Namibia ,Botswana, South Africa) Manage customer`s financial accounts in terms of payment follow up as well as internal negotiations of customer disputes. (SAP system). Facilitate and host international customer forums and events.

Front line support to customers. Lead general customer visits or status review of engines with customers. Coordinate and oversee all logistics associated with engine overhaul and repair commencing with engine induction through to engine shipping. Maintain and establish a trusting relationship between Vector - Atlantic and the Customer. Review information on estimates and invoices with customers as required. Ensure all customer requests are complied with in a timely and professional manner. Prepare, review and approve summary condition reports and cost grids. Provide assistance and support to Manager of Customer Service. Complete costing, calculate profit margins, and produce necessary journal entries. Coordinate customer request and information with engine shop personnel and management as necessary. Compile monthly sales reports to senior management. Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are followed and communicate any changes to all affected employees as they occur. Ensure departmental & company objectives are met in regard to estimates, invoices, summary & condition reports. Provide training to customer service employees. Coordinate the processing of piece parts and advance exchanges. Prepare all detailed cost estimates, invoice and review with Vector Customer Service Management. Make sound decisions in regards to serviceable vs. new parts at installation by having a basic knowledge of PWC warranty and commercial support programs that are available to the operator. Investigate logbooks and engine history to confirm warranty applicability. Prepare claim sheets, warranty work packs and keep warranty logs. Review and submit all warranty claims to P&WC through online SAP system and liaison with PWC rep on an ongoing basis. Maintain PPSP & CSPN Warranty parts logbook and submit parts to Quality for review by Pratt Rep.
