During my journey in Customer Success management area I worked with specialists, team leaders, fellow managers and product teams to deliver simple yet innovative and user-friendly solutions for our clients. Before that, I helped thousands of clients directly to achieve their online success.I have a bachelor's degree in IT Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology, with a focus on Internet of Things, which enables me to understand the technical and business aspects of web hosting and other IT service areas. I have over four years of experience in Customer Success, starting as a specialist, being a shift leader, and then becoming a team lead for the ES/LATAM region. After 10 months I was promoted to a Customer Success Manager position (specialising in Accounts field). I managed a squad of specialists and at the same time directly supervised multiple team leaders with their own teams of specialists (about 50 people in total). I learned that my biggest skill is creating value and satisfaction for our customers in the IT world. My core competencies include problem-solving, collaboration, and creativity, and I strive to continuously learn and improve myself and my team.
