- Crucial member of the project core team and acts as a voice of the customer for quality related topics- Support the evaluation of customer project requirements, customer specific requirements, compliance requirements and internal requirements and supports clarification of imprecise requirements to achieve clear product specifications- Collects, register, support and evaluate any variations from customer requirements during product development (LEANPD) projects- 8D problem solving team facilitator for issues during product development - Acts as moderator supporting the FMEA owner to achieve the quality standard, structure and content- Responsible for driving the “Lessons Learned” process and “Read Across” of lessons during project start and project development and in case of customer complaints during project phase to avoid re-occurrence for new developments- Help monitor development process performance indicators and implementation of process improvements- Collect and check the quality and content of the customer PPAP documentation and is responsible for PSW signature and PPAP submission to customer, as well as gaining customer PSW signature- Audit APQP documents, such as D-FMEA, P-FMEA, process flowchart and production control plan and ensures responsible parties effectively close his/her findings

- Aktivní účast na projektech nových výrobních linek pro HEMS (Hybrid&Electric Mobility Solutions)- Komunikace s produktovými inženýry o změnách designu výrobků - Nastavení norem (R&R), ověřování způsobilosti procesu a jeho efektivity (MSA a CMK analýzy)- Zavádění nových výrobků do sériové výroby z prototypového režimu- Příprava, nastavení a aktualizace výrobních postupů (SWI, FMEA, FC)- Zodpovědnost za řešení technických problémů spojených s výrobním procesem

- Nastavení výrobních časů a nákladů- Příprava, nastavení a aktualizace výrobních postupů (SOP, layouty pracovišť, TPM,..)- Spolupráce s týmem kvality při řešení reklamací (8D reporty, Ishikawa, 5Why,..)- Zodpovědnost za řešení technických problémů spojených s výrobním procesem- Úprava a stavba nových výrobních linek, konstrukční návrh přípravků a úpravy testů- Zavádění nástrojů ke zvýšení efektivity výrobního procesu (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-yoke)
