I am a hardworking individual and I am most passionate about computers. I have grown up using and learning everything I can about computers and what drives them.I am a person that loves a challenge, I welcome a challenge and work hard to sort it out. I do not have qualifications (other than experience) but I do like to learn and find out different ways to look at certain things, and also to sort out things that I could not before. In life we can choose to adapt or we can struggle with "the old way" and I am not a person who wants to be stuck in life, or any other situation, so I try my best to move to better things in life and stay positive doing so.

    When looking for a job there wasn't a lot to be found so I got a sales position, which I didn't really want to do. So I settled for it and thought to make the best of it, so helped a lot of people around me with their computer issues to show them that I can be more of an asset in another field, and after some time I got a position in IT and I have been working in IT ever since. I have a lot of call center support experience and also some other skills that I have acquired over the time that I have been working and that I have learnt from school and also curiosity. I currently do more than just support the call center, I am currently also installing PABX systems and also VOIP phones for various clients. Every day is a new challenge and I welcome it with open arms!
