• Development of race engine components as design engineer (Audi RS5-DTM / Dakar, Audi R18 LM Prototype) for single-cylinder and race engines;• Concept development and design of the assemblies: cylinder head incl. gasket, valve train, fuel system and gear drive;• Responsibility for parts’ race approval after endurance runs and rectification in case of failure or abnormality;• Co-inventor of two patents in the field of engine cooling (high efficiency two layer water jacket) and fuel injection (spray pattern not impacting the air motion) registered at WIPO PCT and German Patent and Trademark Office;• Designing subcomponents and creating bills of material in cooperation with purchasing department, production and the workshop;• Member of the team focused on Audi Sport combustion process development;• Assigning tasks to third-party developers and monitoring the progress;• Contact with suppliers, on-site visits in the event of escalations and defining corrective measures;• Development and optimization of AvusNT – a software for an effective runtime tracking of in-house parts, warehouse and bills of material;• Co-writer of Audi DTM race engine publication for the Vienna Motor Symposium;• Supervision of diploma thesis of students from UAS Esslingen and UAS Karlsruhe.
