PMO - IT division project focused on building a data warehouse for the manufacturing division on Hadoop technology. Transformation and migration to AWS solution in 2021.- Delivering new features and capabilities for the AWS framework used in the project- Delivering pipelines from various sources into data warehouse (DEV>TEST>PROD). Moving data from different systems worldwide into a centralied solution.Daily agenda: Communication with business, developers, testers and management in different time zones. Requirements gathering, project planning, removing blockers, leading sync-ups and meetings. Building and improving the whole process based on lessons learned.
