About Lukas Sevcik

I have over 30 years of experience in advising international clients on their M&A and Corporate Finance projects in Central & Eastern Europe. I have advised strategic and financial investors on more than 400 M&A transactions in a wide range of industry sectors and am listed among the leading M&A and Private Equity practitioners in the Czech Republic by Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000. I am Managing Partner of Kinstellar’s Prague office and Head of the firm’s Defence & Security sector and headed the firm's M&A/Corporate Practice until 2019, I am also a Board Director of the British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic and have been its Chairman for 9 years.
