I am a PhD candidate at Sciences Po's Center for International Studies with expertise in the foreign and security policies of Russia and China, and an interest in the security politics of the polar regions, the oceans, and space. I also write a newsletter on Arctic security, 66° North.As a Research Assistant with the Russia and China divisions of the Institut de Recherche Stratégique de l'École Militaire (IRSEM) and a Yenching Academy Scholar at Peking University, I recently wrote and published on a wide range of topics in contemporary China-Russia relations.
