- managing 3 teams responsible for managerial reporting of Sberbank CZ and group reporting (in total 7 people in Cost management, Business controlling and Strategy and Group reporting teams)- senior partner for CEO, CFO and other members of the Management Board in financial and strategic manners- coordination of the bank's strategy preparation process, definition of strategic pillars and key strategic initiatives leading to the fulfillment of the set strategy- responsibility for the managing and preparation of the bank's financial plan (budget)- strategic planning, forecasting and reporting of business lines costs and revenues, incl. bank's cost management- introduction of Cost Benefit Analysis competence center incl.
