Lukas Bär is CEO (Geschäftsführer) of Stiftung Lebensart. The foundation offers comprehensive services for psychologically, mentally or socially impaired people with special needs and for elderly people with care needs. Its five locations stand for security, safety and quality of life.Previously, Lukas gained more than 20 years of experience as a strategy consultant and managing director. Most recently, he was a partner in Scandinavian Implement Consulting Group. He is a seasoned strategy expert and experienced large-scale project manager with strong communication and change management skills.He is co-author of "Strategic Agility - The modern strategist's playbook" and was board member in various companies and organizations for many years.
