• Analysed and proposed decision for future strategic development (decision ~€500k) using NPV analysis• Negotiated with minority shareholders during stock repurchase scheme (Personal impact 0.2 % out of 8 % total)• Planned installation of solar panels including revenue projections, supplier selection and proposal of optimal location. Planning resulted in placement of a €800k order of solar panels and supporting technologies

• Directed production of marketing videos shot on FPV drone and social media marketing campaign which brought in €8k in sales• Led a team of 3 to entirely redesign company’s website, improving responsiveness of website & increasing visits by 400%

• Led over 1850 sales meetings and created customer relationships, devised strategies how to tackle neighbourhoods using SalesRabbit, collected information to increase social capital in future meetings• Maintained high intensity (13h/day, 6 days/week) self-organised sales activity, performed over 150 "calls" a day, 30 meetings a day, generated over $9k in revenue

• Analysed Czech startup market & co-managed database of over 1000 startups; organised 2 startup incubators to identify 3 strategic partners in collaboration with 2 Deloitte departments; created process flowchart and shared it w/ Deloitte teams in Slovakia & Estonia• Planned and executed KidsXO event to educate children from business partners and socially disadvantaged families with accompanying networking dinner.
