As head of data and reporting team, my main responsibility was to ensure that our team delivers company performance metrics on a monthly basis, run initiatives which result in high data quality and to closely co-operate with other company departments such as Delivery, Sales, Finance or Operations for enabling data-driven decisions in Exponea.What we achieved: - automating most of key metrics calculations in Exponea, so they do require as little manual input as possible which significantly improved efficiency, minimized occurrence of errors and provided a sustainable solution for a rapidly growing company as Exponea is.- establishing quality assurance processes that dramatically improved the company data quality.- broad Tableau adoption across the company. I began as the second Tableau user in Exponea when most of the company reporting existed in Google sheets. After one year, most departments used Tableau as the main reporting tool and the number of Tableau desktop users also grew by more than 300%. Our team contributed significantly to this change.

My past experience as the owner of an ecommerce website landed me a chance to work for a top Slovak employer, Exponea. Among other things, I established new tracking standards, to facilitate the implementation of the Exponea platform at clients, and realized I would find more fulfillment in an operations role.

Together with two colleagues, we established a small e-commerce website to sell street-wear clothes. Our focus was on excellent customer experience (as witnessed by positive reviews). Many mistakes and 21 months later, we decided to kill the project.
