I am a 2019 graduate of the Indiana Institute of Technology with a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Sports Management and Marketing. I started my career as an Inside Sales Executive for the LA Clippers in 2019 and joined FC Cincinnati as an Account Executive of New Business in March of 2020. I changed roles to an Account Executive of Service and Retention at the start of 2021 where I led the sales floor in hustle metrics for two consecutive years. I was promoted to the manager of the Service and Retention team in June of 2022 after two years of leading the service team in renewal percentage and revenue.I currently manage a team of 8, with a primary focus on renewing and retaining our current season ticket base of over 18,000 tickets while also challenging and coaching my team to cross-sell and upsell with available premium and group inventory.Under my management, FC Cincinnati has reached new heights on the service and retention side. In my first season as the manager we saw over a 600% increase in premium revenue. In 2023 our team renewed at a historic 98% renewal rate for the 2024 season.Throughout the 2024 season, I managed the service team with no Director or VP above me, as the organization looked for the best VP candidates for ticketing. With the hole in the ticketing department, my excel knowledge and my application of internal reports bridged the gap between the ticketing team and our Business Strategy & Analytics team. I lead marketing campaigns and planning, including implementing Channel 1 and MMC applications for our fans use.
