Employed in roles of Project Engineering, Design Management, BIM Management, Contracts Management and Admistration, Lukas was part of the highly successful Richard Crookes Constructions Healthcare and Defence facility delivery team. As a key player in the company's highly-complex projects, Lukas has lead the development of innovation initiatives such as BIM implementation and management and site software systems trials. Lukas has also contributed to project success through his own software development of mobile field software systems such as asset tagging and tracking, safety inspection reporting and defect inspection, reporting and communications. This system earned its praise during external FWA audit of RCCs safety processes and procedures.In a multi-site based role during the Single LEAP project, to meet and exceed Defence-standards, Lukas coordinated subcontract deliverables from design submissions, design certification, design compliance, services commissioning, works as executed studies, operations and maintenance procedures, training, defect management system trials and setup, asset tagging and tracking.

Engaged as an assisting Lecturer at the School of Built Environment, University of Technology, Sydney, Lukas has assisted with Undergraduate subject delivery in the field of Design Team Management. The subject examines management of design teams within multidisciplinary, cross-functional projects. It discusses theoretical models of the design process (including the question of sustainable design) and the practical aspects of design management, including: 1. Brief formulation and management2.
