The PEP Operations team sits within the lager Product Engineering and Platforms (PEP) tribe who's mission is to advise, guide and collaborate with PEP (our colleagues) to enable frictionless delivery and operation of multi-service solutions to our customers.We do this by providing a common set of tools, platforms and capabilities that can be used to delivery safely and at scale. We also provide expertise, guidance and a whole of business perspective to teams on tools and techniques.The PEP Operations teams role is to:- Manage the monitoring and logging platform (NewRelic, SumoLogic)- Provide operational consulting to the teams- Handle service management activities- Own and operate shared services (Proxy, Load Balancers, WAF, CloudFront)- Perform SRE functions
